I go by the name Toka. The name means piety and it is quite a rare name even nowadays (when I was born, no was called that in the entire Egyptian Republic >.< ). I am 17 years old and I’m an Aries (though I don’t act like one at all…). People, who meet me for the first time ::snickers::, say I am very mature and far older than 17. People who know me…they say I am 5, stuck in the body of a 17 year old, lolz.

I am from Egypt, the land of the Pharaohs and of the Nile. However, I lived most of my life in the United Arab Emirates, because my dad works there. I have gone to Our Own English High School Fujairah from Grade 1 up to Grade 11, then I had to transfer to another school, St. Mary’s Catholic High School, Fujairah, which is hell on earth, in my opinion.

I have finished my IGCSE O-Levels in Grade 11, and managed to score 7 A-Stars and an A. I am doing my A-levels in St. Mary’s (not willingly), and I am planning to study Medicine, since…as far as I can recall (I think Grade 2) I have wanted to become a doctor.

My hobbies are writing, reading, surfing the net. There’s also irritating my little siblings and talking to my two, eternally boring parrots. There are also the co-curricular activities in school. Well, I used to be the school magazine’s editor, and I am one of the founders of the environmental club and I was the Head Girl for the academic year 2007-2008 (super happy about latter!). I like to compeer functions on stage and to say speeches and take part in debates (no, I don’t have stage fright).

I am interested in Ancient Egypt, part of why I adore YGO (I had actually been planning to go for archaeology until the end of first grade), and I am interested in social services. I hate discrimination of all types and I hate what the human race is doing to the environment and to each other. I hate shallow people, intolerant people, vain people.

I am an avid FanFiction writer, been writing Fanfics ever since I was 14-15 years old. I mostly write YGO, pairing Seto Kaiba/Yami Yugi ::insert hearts here:: though I sometimes write Darkshipping, and have written about 5 Linkin Park fanfics. I have snippets written here and there for shows like Stargate SG-1, NCIS, CSI:NY and I have written what I think is the first crossover between YGO and VK ;)

I like to think of myself as simple, although many tell me that my simplicity makes me one of the most sophisticated people ever ::blushing::. I am finding difficulty writing this profile about myself, because I hate to speak about myself in general. I more like…adore listening to other people rambling instead, lolz.
